Tyler was beyond terrific. We were going to sell our house and purchase another back where we used to live. Because of health purposes we had to suspend our buying and selling but up til that point Tyler was working his best for us. We had to put everything on hold for close to a year. But through that timeTyler kept in touch with us just letting us know he was there for us. When we decided to move to a rental retirement community this meant that we now had to sell our house as soon as possible. Tyler got on board and our house was sold to the first person who had seen the house after hitting the internet. Because we were out of the area Tyler made sure to check on the house and watch what was going on. When we wanted some additional work on the photos Tyler went and took some additional photos personally for us...which were perfect. Again, first viewers, cash buyers, deall done in no time at all. Tyler ...you were terrific!!! thanks for everything!!

Tyler is my favorite realtor! I wouldn’t use anyone else. He helped my son, daughter and now my mom to find their homes. He is attentive to details and helps you every step of the way.

We had a great experience working with Tyler on the purchase of our first home. He was patient with us and took us to view over 75 homes in the area over a 6 month period. He was reliable and available to show us homes at very little notice. His knowledge and expertise helped us get the home we wanted even with multiple other competing offers. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.

Tyler did a great job of exercising extreme patience with my fiancé and I, purchasing your first home together is a difficult process and Tyler was there to walk us through it. He showed us several homes throughout central Florida, with each home he emphasized all the stand out characteristics made sure that it would be a forever home for our growing family. He took us out for dinner and drinks after a few showing to help us experience the local nightlife and find a community that fits our needs. I never thought I would walk away with such a pleasurable experience purchasing a home. Thanks Tyler you’re awesome!

Tyler sold my house in South Florida and closed my house in Orlando. He is responsive, professional and honest. He has a strategy that is best for his clients but also for the other buyer/seller. He looks for win-win agreements which I have found rare in my previous real estate dealings. He is also thoughtful and willing to lend a hand. The buyer at my home in South Florida asked to go up in the attic of the garage and take down a fence for the pool. Tyler went up himself to bring it down! Tyler is one of the best! He helped us in 2021 to buy our home. This was our first home purchase and Tyler was there to help explain the process.
